Digital Products: Delivery and Support

Smart Digital Guides sells downloadable digital resources, including PDF guides, templates and other files described on individual product pages. We do not send physical goods.

What you receive

Each listing identifies the materials and file formats included. Please read the full description, price and any software or account requirements before ordering.

Delivery

Digital access is normally provided after successful checkout through the download instructions or link made available for the order. Please check your order confirmation and follow the instructions supplied. There is no postal delivery charge for downloadable products.

If you cannot access your files

Contact smartlondonsavings@gmail.com with your order number, product title and a description of the problem. Do not include passwords or payment-card details.

Refunds and consumer rights

Before purchasing, review the Refund Policy and Terms of Service available from the checkout or store policy links. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. If a digital product is faulty, inaccessible or not as described, contact customer support so the issue can be investigated and remedied in accordance with applicable law.
