Digital Delivery Policy

Smart Digital Guides sells downloadable digital products only. We do not ship physical items and we do not charge postage.

After successful checkout, downloadable files are normally available from your confirmation screen and/or purchase email. Digital file formats vary by listing and may include PDF, ZIP or HTML. Check the product page for details and any required software.

If your order does not arrive, check your spam/junk folder, then contact smartlondonsavings@gmail.com with your order number and product name. We will help resolve missing files or delivery problems.

Occasional technical delays are possible. Your statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content, are not affected.
