Smart Digital Guides provides digital downloads. Please check each listing for the included files, format and compatibility information before purchasing.

Change of mind and cancellation

Digital-content cancellation rights depend on applicable consumer law and how and when supply begins. For UK consumers, the normal 14-day cancellation right may be lost when immediate digital supply begins only if the legally required express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. We do not assume those rights have been waived merely because a file was made available.

Faulty, missing or misdescribed digital products

If the product is missing, faulty, inaccessible or materially different from its description, contact smartlondonsavings@gmail.com with the order number, product name and a brief explanation of the issue. We will investigate and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a working replacement or a refund, consistent with applicable law. There is no 14-day limit on reporting a fault where statutory rights allow a longer period.
