Welcome to Smart Digital Guides. We sell downloadable digital products, including PDF guides, planners, ZIP archives and standalone digital tools. Please read each product description before ordering. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.

Products and purchases

Product pages describe the contents, file format, price and relevant requirements. Orders are subject to successful payment and availability. If we cannot supply an item as advertised, we will contact you about an appropriate remedy.

Digital delivery

Digital items are usually made available by download link after successful payment, including in the checkout or order email. We do not ship physical products. If a file is missing, inaccessible, or unusable, please contact customer support with the order number.

Permitted use

Unless a listing explicitly permits broader use, downloaded content is licensed for the purchaser's personal or internal business use. It may not be resold, redistributed publicly, or presented as someone else's original work. Third-party materials and external services remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.

External services and changing information

Some digital guides may refer to third-party platforms and websites. These may require separate accounts, subscriptions, fees or internet access. Travel prices, public transport fares, opening hours and attraction access may change; verify current information directly with official providers before relying on it.

Cancellations, refunds and faults

Our Refund Policy explains how to request help. Applicable statutory consumer rights cannot be excluded. Any loss of the statutory cancellation right on immediate digital delivery depends on obtaining any express consent and acknowledgement required by law before supply begins. Faulty digital content or content not as described may entitle customers to statutory remedies.
